Save folder selection not working

[Please describe your issue here. Try to include logs (Help → Logging) and add screenshots if necessary.]Save dialog box only allows selection of original folder - cannot be changed
Also, file selection dialog does not default to last used folder - not sure how it is selecting folder.

Steps to reproduce issue:

For the Save To location, can you try clicking the “Browse…” option to select a new location?

The file selection dialog is defaulting to the last folder for me. Are you using Mac or Windows?
