[RESOLVED WITH V3.3.2] - Raw images open with pink mask over image

1. If I open a CR3 raw image from Canon R5 Mark ii into Photo Ai the whole image looks pink and so
   cant see any changes.
2. Same if I transfer from Lightroom Classic
3. Tried updating to Version 3.2.2 but same issue
4. I wanted to update to latest on Black Friday Sales
   
   
   
   
   
   
   but not keen to spend more money if I get the same result with latest

I have the exact same issue with my craw files from Canon R5 Mark II. I have the Sharpen Ai v4.1.0. Topaz says this is the latest update.
What can I do to solve this? I have a time limit for a job.

I have the Sharpen Ai v4.1.0

Sharpen AI hasn’t been updated since 2022, so it’s not likely to support newer camera raw formats.

Hi Daniel. You can still use Sharpen AI with your Canon R5 Mark II CR3 images.

By converting or sending them to Sharpen AI as high quality 16 bit TIFF files
