Same here.
Workaround is to use TIFF export at 16-bit instead of DNG but at a 4x storage space cost (which is a bit painful).
I underatand this is due to LibRaw support - but LibRaw LLC has started supporting the R5m2 in their own products already (FastRawPreview).
Topaz products are not compatible with the R52’s RAW files and no commitment from them as to when that will happen since they rely on the Open Source LibRAW, which is compiled by volunteers.
So if you want to convert to DNG you have to do it through Adobe Camera RAW, Canon DPP or other 3rd party software that does support the R52’s RAW files first. Then you can process on Topaz products.

I would like to let you know we have released Photo AI v3.3.2, which now fully supports the RAW files from your Canon R5 Mark II . You can forego the previous DNG workaround and edit the native RAW files directly with Photo AI or its plugins.
