I sent mine over via the dropbox file request link. I’m having the same issues on Mac.

Every time I try to load a photo in Photo AI, the app crashes. Seems to be the case with any photo.
Steps to reproduce issue:
- Step 1 - open Photo AI, load image (same result whether I open photo AI and drag the image, or right click the image in finder, and open with Photo AI)
- Step 2 - Image analysis begins
- Step 3 - Photo AI crashes.

This worked for me too. Thank you.
I just opened it today and got the crash with this version. Just opening up the app and immediate crash. Did not process anything. I’ve deleted the app and will reinstall. If it keeps doing it then I’ll try removing the CoreML Cache Folder.
Deleting the CoreML folder should work. If not, please contact us at help@topazlabs.com
Hello
Before loading the 3.6.0 release, I need to be sure that all buggs have been actually fixed and that users are now satisfied usine the last version of Sequioa on their Mac.
Thanks for answer

- Give as many details as you can on the issue you are experimenting.
- Workflow steps you do, if using the standalone or plugin. File Type used is RAW or JPEG?*
The issue is not with the OS but with your hardware. I have used an M1 and now have an M4 Mac and have never had any problems, apart from speed. Do you have an M3 by any chance?
Hi Ray
Thanks for your answer.
I have an M2. I have not loaded yet the last 3.6.0 version as I want first feedbacks from the community or from Topaz
Topaz takes time to make their product compliant with the Mac OS.

Most of the issues seem to have been with M3s! Have you deleted the CoreMLCache file?
Good morning Ray
Yes i did it this morning and also loaded the 360 release, which went well.
thanks for your help
Have a nice day

Hello everyone,
The development team released v3.6.0 that will not have this issue, however it is still important to delete any prior cached files first.
Steps to do this here:
Test deleting this folder to see if it repairs your Photo AI:
- STEP IN VIDEO: Delete CoreML Cache Folder
- WRITTEN STEPS: Open a Finder Window, then find the GO menu at top, then GO TO. Then paste this: ~/Library/Application Support and delete the coreML Folder. Then retest the app.
- Important: Use the path with the tilde sign, like this one ~/Library/Application Support
- Send us a screenshot at support@topazlabs.com of the folder you are in if you cannot find it. Make sure to use the ~ sign, and it will bring you to the correct place. Macs have 2 Application Support folders, and you will have to be in the correct one to delete this folder.
Write in to support@topazlabs.com if any issues remain or if you have issues locating this coreML folder.
