I am also having this issue on my Mac (which is running the latest software). I have the latest version of Topaz AI installed and the issue occurs whether I try to open a file direct or as a Lightroom plugin. The problem seems to have started yesterday.

Same issue with Photo AI 3.3.3 running on Mac Mini M4Pro with the latest Mac OS. Just started happening. I have deleted app and reinstalled it. I tried other ideas I read here about setting it to CPU. Nothing works. Very frustrating since I now so rely on it. Please advise.
Iām experiencing the same issue. It was functioning smoothly for a few minutes ago, but now it keeps crashing. I am using Mac Mini M4 16 GB (Base Model) with Topaz Photo AI V 3.3.3. Here are the Log details.

Same problem here: MacBook Pro M3 36GB RAM, nothing else running. Open Pic->crashes before I can see what itās trying to do.

Having the same issue. Made attempts to upload both TIFF and JPEG files with the same resultā¦ application closes.

Same here. Topaz is not working anymore.
Neither with LrC & RAW-Files or JPG.
After opening the file Topaz crashes and I can do this again and againā¦ Nothing happensā¦

Iām having the same issue with Photo AI 3.3.3. Crashes immediately after analyzing file. Tried setting AI to CPU, didnāt resolve.

Same for me. Using Photo AI 3.3.3 and Mac OS Sequoia 15.1.1 on an M2 Pro MackBook Pro. Once the image is analyzed the app crashes immediately, every time. This is fairly recent, was working before, now itās unusable.
