Hello,
I’am on windows 10 and just installed Photo AI v3.4. In the HMI I systematically have a vertical offset. For example to select File, or an icon, I have to click higher.
Can you please help me?
Thanks a lot.

It is not a best beginning of a year wit Photo AI.
I’ve just upgraded v2.2.2 to the latest v3 version but this is unusable for me.
The mouse is pointing under visible arrow. It is valid all of the link element in Photo AI 3 for example menu bar, minimize, close etc. I downgraded to v3.3.2 but the issue remains.
I’ve never experience this issue in v2 but any other windows application since I use computer.
I observe an other issue that in context the pointer error.
I use 2 monitors, 1920X1200 each. When I maximizing PhAI3 window that not fill the whole screen vertically seems like it is just 1080p high.

Can you try clearing your registry for Photo AI, as some of the application display information is kept here?

Thank you John, I’ll try it.
Since your computers does not meet the minimum requirements to run Photo AI, I suggest that you revert to an earlier version of Photo AI:
Photo AI v2.4.2 - Windows: Download
Photo AI v3.0.4 - Windows: Download
The processing will still be very slow, so I suggest you look into buying a new computer.

The first step to try is to update the drivers for your graphics card to the latest version
Intel HD 4600 latest drivers
If it doesn’t work, the only solution is to revert to an earlier version of Photo AI:
Photo AI v2.4.2 - Windows: Download
Photo AI v3.0.4 - Windows: Download
The processing will still be very slow, so I suggest you look into buying a new computer.
If you the cursor seems to be misaligned in Photo AI, here are a few things to check:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Make sure your computer meets the minimum requirements, usually, misalignment issues in the app are for old discontinued Intel HD graphics cards that cannot run the latest versions of Photo AI.
UPDATE GRAPHICS CARD DRIVERS
Send us an email at help@topazlabs.com with your system profile, and we can send you the link to latest drivers.
TASK BAR SETTINGS
Ensure that the option for “Automatically hide taskbar” is not toggled on and that the taskbar is not on the side. These settings are only on Windows 10. This is incompatible with the latest version of Photo AI.
REVERTING TO AN EARLIER VERSION
If nothing works, you will have to revert to an earlier version of Photo AI:
