[RESOLVED in v3.4.4] - Batch Processing errors

I most often use Photo AI to process multiple files (~2 - 150), and I am currently using v. 3.4.2. This issue/behavior is the same whether running Photo AI standalone or as a Lightroom plugin. I am processing Sony Raw files from the Sony Alpha 1 camera, and my graphics card is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080.

I can process large numbers of files if I only use the Denoise profile selected by default and then select all files. However, if I add Sharpen to the first file and then apply current settings to all, it processes the first file and then returns the “Error running model” error for all remaining files.

I have seen this error attributed to low memory, but that does not seem to be the case for me. My system has 128GB RAM (160GB VM), and there appears to be roughly half of this available when this error occurs.

I sure would like to be able to use all the features of your product. THANKS!!

Looking at the screenshot you sent, I can confirm you have a known issue with Photo AI we are currently working on fixing. I am merging your post here, make sure to check the above first post in yellow for workarounds until the fix is released at the end of this week.

I have just seen this same error exporting two of five images.

Is there a resolution or a suggestion as to the best way forward?

When exporting JPEGs after a bunch of images have been applied a preset (containing the following RAW denoise, face enhancement, colour balance, brightness) fails.
Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. create a preset as mentioned above
  2. open 10 files in Photo AI
  3. Select all and apply preset to all of them
  4. Press the button on the right to export all of them
