Our team is investigating an issue that was introduced in v1.1.0 where HEIC files are not recognized anymore.
While we investigate this, you can revert to version 1.0.2 as a workaround.
We will post here once the issue is resolved.

the latest version of photo studio 1.1.0 does not recognize HEIC.

I added you to the existing thread for this. Please revert to version 1.0.2 in the meantime if you need to use HEIC files.

This issue has been solved in Topaz Photo v1.2.1. You can update from in-app or find the installers here
If any issues do remain on this v1.2.1 version with HEIC files, make sure to send us a screen recording of your workflow at support@topazlabs.com and we can sort it out!
