Same Issue here.
I sent the log file to Topaz Support team email.

  1. Following latest update Topaz AI is crashing when creating a new project and adding a .mov file or even importing an old project.

Video AI crash when I try to browse a video after the last update.
I did’t found any post similar dated in 2025

We’re aware that the 6.2.1 update is causing the app to crash for some users, and our team is actively investigating the issue.

If you’re able to share your app logs, that would be a big help.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

In the meantime, I recommend rolling back to 6.2.0.

upgrade existing working copy of video ai to latest version v6.2.1. Crashes every time you drop or open a video file. Downloaded fresh copy of v6.2.1, installed it and opens properly but crashes when i try to drop or open a video file
