Resolution too large?

This is on a new PC with i7 8700K with 32GB Ram RTX3080 GPU
I am using 8192x4096 VR180 video @59.94.
My other PC does not give me this problem.
Has anyone else experienced this?

This might depend on the export format. I think .mov can not containm 8 k video. Maybe mp4.

I think it’s a driver issue. My other PC has no problem with it. I use H.265 but I tried all three and got the same result.
