Rendering stopped

Rendering stopped after a few hours, says file is not available anymore, but it was available and no other jobs were done at the computer. Wanted to retry but this didn’t work.

  1. What to do now?
  2. What did we do wrong
  3. how to solve this problem
  4. are the credit gone now? Like to render the content asap
