After starting the Remove Tool, the circle that is supposed to mark the elements to be deleted sometimes appears. But the circle does not turn red and nothing happens. Everything worked with the pre-previous version. I use Topaz AI 2.4.2 and a Windows computer with Win 11
I have the same issue. Often it does not work at all. If I do get it to mark an area to remove, it is not removing anything. It used to work well. I am using 2.4.2 on Windows 11.
Let’s try updating you to the most recent version release to see if this resolves the issue.
Please make sure you’ve also turned off any firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the installation. Also, make sure there are no settings or configurations in your OS system that could interfere.
