Remove function in Photo Ai

Would appreciate if someone can advise: The said function (Remove function) is performed locally ( In our own computer) or is it sent to the cloud of Topaz ?

Remove tool

We’re excited to release the new Remove tool into public beta, which gives you the ability to remove objects, distractions, and artifacts in your image while naturally filling in the surroundings.

This is the first generative removal tool that runs locally on your hardware, so you won’t be charged for usage or have your image transmitted to a remote server. With that in mind, we do highly recommend that you have at least 8GB dedicated graphics memory (VRAM), otherwise it will run very slowly on CPU.

The removal feature of the PHOTO AI 3 is not working. It crashes most of the time.

I’d like to get some more information to help troubleshoot the problem you are having.

Could you send us your computer’s full system profile?

• How To Obtain Your System Profile (Mac)

Also if you can, please try to recreate this crash in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this thread.
