Re-downloading models before processing image--over and over again, takes hours each time

[Please describe your issue here. Try to include logs (Help → Logging) and add screenshots if necessary.] Since updating to AI Photo 2.3.1 I now have to wait a couple of hours for the system to download and/or re-download model files. After completion, it looks like everything works normal for that image. I go to the next image in the folder and start all over again. I am linking to Topaz directly from the “edit by” window in Lightroom Classic.
