Randomly black screen while upscaling

Topaz Video AI cause randomly black screen while upscaling.
Below I attached the logs and screenshot of my PC specs.
My pc hardware all in good condition and nothing problem when I use another editing software.
Windows 11 Pro, GPU RX Vega 56, CPU AMD X4-845, RAM Memory 16GB.

The logs show that the AI Processor is experiencing the current bug in v5.2.1, where it reverts to the Auto setting instead of using the GPU. The dev team is working on a patch for this now and should be released in the near future.

Is the black screen showing in the exported video, preview or just shutting off the monitors?

hello, thank you for your reply.
sorry for my english.

black screen a few minutes after exported video. PC freezes and I need to unplug the power cable and turn on again the PC.

I will try re-install the topaz video ai and try again and I will post the log here. thank you

I would also double check your connection for the GPU on your motherboard and the cables inside your system to ensure one is not loose.

Hi, after reinstall the problem still the same.
after about 1 minute export the video, the PC freeze and blackscreen.

Nothing problem with the PC because I use it everyday for gaming and editing without any problem and GPU temperature also below 60c.
I just tried install another video ai software and nothing problem.
so i think something problem with topaz video ai software.
maybe not supported GPU RX Vega 56 8GB?

I attached the newest Logfor suppport.

Same issue here. Black Screen especially when using Rhea after 5 to 10 minutes. GPU Geforce RTX 3070 8GB, CPU i7-10700, 80GB Ram.

If you are still seeing this issue, can you email the updated logs and your full system profile to the support team? help@topazlabs.com

This way we can investigate further and have the engineer take a look at everything.

Can you share your logs with the support team directly for review? help@topazlabs.com

I solved the issue by dynamically undervolting my graphics card with the NVIDIA Inspector, setting the max GPU temperature to 80°C /176°F.
