Radeon Rx 570

Graphic card Radeon Rx 570 and Topaz AI does not love each other very much. All the time application crashes, and Win 11 in protection disable GUI. Win 11 are up to date, new drivers for GUI, and does not work.
Configuration:
AMD Ryzen 7 2700
Mbo AsRock B450M HDV 4.0 PCE 3.0
32 GB DDR 4 ram
Radeon RX 570

Any idea what is going on?

Eduard

Hello,

Could I take a look at the app’s log files to see what is causing the error in Video AI?

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport.tar.gz” file to your reply.

Good evening,
here is requested file:

Good afternoon,
we are back to problem again. New drivers for GPU installed, Topaz AI updated.
It crashed again.
Do you have a new magic wand?
Kind regards
Eduard

P.S. everything goes well with old APP

Good morning,

This log file doesn’t show any failed export tasks, do you have a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing in the app window?

No error message, only black screen, then goes off. Windows allways disable GPU after that.
Old aplication works well.
Preety frustrating.

Kind regards,

Eduard

What is the wattage of your system’s power supply?

Good afternoon,

power supply is Corsair VS 550, with 550 watt of continuous power.

No other marks or description on installed power supply.

Kind regards,

Eduard

Could we try setting a power limit on the graphics card? It’s possible that the power supply is not able to provide the required voltage for the graphics card when it is running at 100% utilization.

Install AMD Adrenalin which will let you decrease the voltage usage so your computer does not shut down:

Good morning,

After your advice GPU is doing fine. I will let her to work only next 30 minutes, the will turn off. In my area temperature are going to be between 95-100 F, which is not normal. Thus, all electronics will turned off till end of week.
If I am not making any note, you will know that my toy is working well.
Thank you,
Eduard.
