Program gives error with preview

Program after the latest 2 updates gives this error when trying to Preview:

Could you double check that the Z:\Backup\ folder is accessible in Windows Explorer? From the logs, it looks like Video AI cannot write to that folder.

Thank you, it seems to have solved the problem. The disk was out.
