Problems with looping video

Hi, I’m having issues with slowing down pre rendered looping videos.
I know the original loops seamlessly. I need the looped file to playback at 4x slower.
The video file looks great aesthetically, but it does not loop properly. Seems about 1 or two frames missing from the back end.
I’ve never had a good slowed down loop come out of this software. Any suggestions?
