Hi, I have bought TOPAZ VIDEO AI 5 a couple of days ago, and after installing it and login in the application on my computer, I import a video into the app and it doesn’t show the preview of it can someone please help me to fix this issue.
The team is working on a patch for this issue as the new MPV player that was introduced in v5.4 and 5.5 has some codec issues with some hardware.
The recommendation is to roll back to v5.3.6 for now until the team can get this sorted out.

Solving Video Preview with TVAI 5.4
Download mpv player , install the player (as admin) and set mpv-player as you’re default Windows player. Topaz Video AI 5.4 - #164 by hb2k
I just had the issue appear today. Up until today it was working normally and suddenly black screen on playback. Please fix this ASAP!
Same problem here. Bought 5.5 upgrade yesterday. Black screen after video import. If I constantly change the window size the picture is flickering and i can see the picture occasionally. Actually i cant use the program.
