I used Pro Starlight Sharp to upscale a movie. While it did a beautiful job, the audio is off. The audio is ahead of the video by a few seconds. I upscaled in ProRes, and Audio was set to Copy in Codec

We will need the logs if you can send them to the team at help@topazlabs.com so that the devs can review what happened.

In order to troubleshoot this, I will need your logs and your full system profile.
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

Thanks for responding the zip folder is almost 25 mb, I can only send 5mb or less through e-mail. How can I get this zip folder for the logs sent to you?
