Using TVAI 3.3.10 on Windows 10 and trying to do a simple 2x upscale of DV tape captured with Premiere.
Nothing happens when the “Preview” button is hit, although FFMPEG is started in the background, seems to do some work, and then quits a few seconds later. Tried a few different times and with a couple of different captured files (same source and format) to confirm.
If I go ahead and run an export, it does complete successfully. Lack of preview makes it harder to compare the different models/options, of course.
