Preview not working in new version

In the previous versions of Topaz, the preview would generally load up just fine, and I could quickly preview how the enhancements looked during processing. I’m not sure which version update this was, but ever since I did the update, the preview just indefinitely says “Queued”. I cannot for the life of me get the preview to work. Maybe it’s the version 4 update? The one where the GUI changed.

Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong or missing something? I’m currently on v4.0.9. I’m using a 2022 Mac Studio, M1 Ultra, 64GB Memory. Screenshots below.

What you have done is to export first then you have hit preview.
This is the opposite of what you should do.
Preview first then export when happy with result.

Thank you. I knew it had to be something simple like that. I used to be able to preview while exporting in the old versions, so they must’ve taken that out.
