In none of the output files (after using preset Upscale to Full HD) there is audio.

Someone mentioned it is now hidden somewhere in the encoding settings. Haven’t checked that info yet. 
Indeed you have to toggle it in Codec Settings/Audio to ‘Copy’ … instead of ‘None’ … ;( The upgrade to v6 changed this by itself ;(
Logs show that the Audio Mode was set to none. Will send a message to the devs to look into seeing how this was changed in the upgrade.
Do you have a custom preset set as the default?
Use ‘scale to FHD’ most. In codecs used the audio is set to ‘none’ everytime I (re)open the application. Then I set it manually to ‘copy’. Would be more logic to me to be set default to ‘copy’.
So does the “Copy” audio setting now copy all the audio tracks to the processed file? 2 Channel and Multi Channel? Or is it still only copying the 2 Channel Audio Tracks only.
I seem to remember if you wanted Multi Channel Audio you needed to extract those tracks from the original file and remux it into the Processed TVAI file manually.
Wondering if that is still the case or have they addressed the ability to copy or pass through all the audio tracks in the source file to the processed file.
Have not checked that yet. The original was only 2 ch. and with ‘copy’ it comes out 2ch.
I create a file with your new software. The video is great, but there is NO sound. I have tried this twice, and I have restarted this computer twice.
I am using Windows 10.
You must enable the sound seperately in the encoidng settings now. It is set to “none” by default.

when ı use older version . it was perfect but when ı update it topaz video ai 6 there is no audio anymore. ı did several time and ı tried it in 2 second render and changed audio mode even . You must enable the sound processing in the encoding settings now. It is turned off by default.
The team is looking into why some users are seeing their audio mode get set to none in certain situations.
Double-check in the codec settings that it is set to Copy or Convert and has not been swapped to None.

After installing the new 6.0.0 version ( previous was version 5.5.1 worked fine), it’s impossible to have audio on the modified video, whatever is the choice of enhancement video and audio choice.

The strange thing is that every time you relaunch the application it hoes back to ‘none’ for audio. Default should bev’cooy’ imo.
we need new update. if ı choose copy even. there is no sound. ı am changing it several time like copy none copy none and ı am rendering then if ı am lucky may be there is sound. My render takes 1 and half hour almost. and also when ı am changing codec output setting my parameters are changing normal value (all of them zero). ı don’t understand what happens. it was perfect before. but now i can’t be sure at all

Had simiar problem today, but only with one video (other’s audio was fine). I upscaled from FHD to 8k and the both framerate and audio was broken. video appeared to be sped up even if length matched and the audio was only some noise and buzzing. I reupscaled with audio set to “convert” and after that it was okay

I find that when you custom change to “copy,” it also wipes out all the preferences I’ve sent with the adjustment model and have to reset them manually. Why isn’t “copy” the default as it was previously?
