Photo is blank when loaded into Topaz Photo 3

I loaded a JPEG photo (taken with Olympus Digital Camera TG4) into Photoshop and then applied filter Photo AI.
The photo doesn’t load correctly as the screen is white but it seems like the background processes still run.

When I import the photo directly into Topaz Photo AI it comes up correctly.

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Step 1 Import photo into Photoshop
2. Step 2 Apply Topaz filter Topaz AI
3. Step 3 Abandon filter
4. Step 4 Import photo directly into Topaz Photo AI

Which of the following Photoshop plugins are you using:

File > Automate > Topaz Photo AI

Filter > Topaz Labs > Topaz Photo AI

Thanks for sending in that file. I was not able to replicate this issue you are reporting however I re-examined your dxdiag file and it looks like we can try to update your GPU driver to see if this would resolve the issue.

Hi John,

I’m still experiencing the problem. Not with all photos but with some. No idea why this happens. My work around is to load them directly into Topaz Photo instead of going through Adobe Photoshop CS6.
