Photo AI - Successful Log In But Fails to Authenticate

I need to use my Photo AI on my desktop. It works well on my laptop, but my Adobe Photoshop is on the desktop only now, and I can not process images on the laptop.

I have a permanent license for Photo AI version 3.3.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Tried to open the app through the desktop shortcut
  2. It asked me to Log In. I did so and it directs to the Topaz site and says SUCCESSFUL
  3. The app fails during the Authentication process with a red bar
  4. The Log In window says: Network Error Server Issue. Please try again"
  5. The same things happen if I chose to Authenticate instead of Log In

Its usually your VPN blocking the activation, temporarily disable your VPN and try again.
