The saving revolving circle stays but the processed image has been returned. I have not clicked on cancel processing yet.

Does this happen regularly? Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Send me the log files to my Dropbox below. Please be sure to send me a note to let me know you sent something.
