Steps to reproduce issue:
Watch it crash. Every single time. Weirdly enough I did not have this problem when playing around in the demo.

I’d like to get some more information to help troubleshoot the problem you are having.
Could you send us your computer’s full system profile?
Also if you can, please try to recreate this crash in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this thread.

I want to see if updating your GPU driver will resolve the problem, as there is a more up-to-date driver that has been released.

Right, I have now updated it to version 560.81 and it did not help.
I’d like to see if adjusting the AI Processor will help resolve the issue you are reporting. Please open Topaz Photo AI and then go to Preferences > General and set the AI Processor to GPU, then run some tests to see if you are still having this trouble.
I had it already set to my GPU, setting back to CPU does not help.
Hello, it has been a while since your last response. Since then I have reinstalled PhotoAi, updated it to the latest version that you released the other day. Good news is it doesn’t crash just after clicking on “Add enhancements”. I can add some before it crashes so I try to limit myself to 2-3 enhancements before i export it. So it still crashes basically, just not as often.
Another problem has appeared which I do not know if it warrants its own post but I guess you will tell me. After upscaling an image I am unable to export it to any format. It says the computer ran out of memory and either crashes or freezes. While exporting I see that my memory is in full use in the task manager. So I decided to upgrade from 16 GB of ram to 32 GB, but it did not help. I see it is still in full use when exporting, all of the 32 GB and I still get the same error message. Do I need even more RAM? It should be noted that the picture I am trying to upscale is a TIF image of 29942x2440 pixels. Very large indeed. I am able to export a photo half the amount
