absolutely sick and tired of paying for these products…how can something be running so well and now frozen 1.5.1 and now 1.5.2…and the best response i get is look for a double entry plist…well sorry…there is no double entry plist.Dont even get me started on the other products…from clunkiness to over sharpened products that are completely distorted to not understanding the basics of lenses with bokeh…I am Over it…!..uninstalled complete from mac…removed everything…then fresh download…still frozen.This is not a me problem.
Hi, Thanks for your response,this has taken hours of re-installing,going back to previous versions with no fix,then this morning i stumbled on a closed bug report,which one user found that if you ‘maximise’ the photoai screen it works properly,gave it a go an it now works properly.It does not make a whole lot of sense.As stated i use this as a standalone product,and i hope it will stay that way instead of the current steer towards lightroom/adobe photoshop products.
Topaz Photo AI will always be a stand alone application. However it makes good sense for us to plug-in to other software that is able to do what Topaz Photo AI cannot such as make basic adjustments and catalog your files.
I’m glad to hear you were able to find a fix, although I’m not clear why that is working either.
Do you have a link to the previous bug report so I can take a look?
Hello & No,i have had a look around, closest i could find was May…search bar ‘maximise screen’…and that subject was to do with sharpen ai.I barely use that anymore,it is just not a professional product,i rcve better results with photoai.Anyways Thanks for your attentiveness,much appreciated.
