Photo AI doesn´t start after update V 3.1.2

After updating the program to the latest version, it doesn´t start anymore. There is just a short white screen but the program doesn´t start. Also the plug in in photoshop doesn´t load

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Start program

Thanks for sending in that information.

I want to see if updating your GPU driver will resolve the problem, as there is a more up-to-date driver that has been released.

Yes, that worked for me! Standalone is now working fine, but I can´t upscale if I enter the plugin from Photoshop.

Which plugin path are you using while working with the Photohsop plugin:

File > Automate > Topaz Photo AI

Filter > Topaz Labs > Topaz Photo AI

It’s important to note that the File > Automate plugin allows for upscaling and cropping while the Filter Plugin does not allow upscaling and cropping.
