Photo AI 3 auto won't analyse when used as a plug-in with Adobe Photoshop Elements on iMAC

When I’ve done a simple edit in Elements, I then click on the Plug-in

It then opens up Topaz AI, which starts to analyse the photo then immediately flips to Export, with the note under ‘Type’ “Skipped: no edits applied.”

I then click ‘Close Window’ and start to edit the image, usually just a Denoise and Sharpen

This didn’t happen before the latest updates. I’m using v 3.2.2, Elements 2020, Sequoia 15.0

Topaz Photo AI [v1.x.x] on [Windows/Mac]

This issue has been reported by other users and our team is currently investigating why this error is happening.

We have determined that this issue is occurring because of using the shortcut “Last Filter” option in Photoshop rather than the path Filter > Topaz Labs > Topaz Photo AI.

Could you confirm with me which workflow and path you are using with either a screenshot or you take a screen recording of this behavior so I can see exactly what is happening.
