Photo AI 3.0.1 closes after evaluating a photo

after opening a photo the program closes after evaluating the photo.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. open photo AI, either program or plugin for photoshop elements 2024
  2. if opening the program, open a photo file, does not matter if it is a .CR2 or JPG
  3. after the program has evaluated the picture Photo AI will close.
