Photo AI 3.0.0 closing without error

Topaz Photo AI Bugs and Issues

Upgraded Photo AI to version 3.0.0 and after it completed the auto upscale the program closes after 10-15 seconds.

Nvidia 3070 Graphics card 552.22 (updated to try and fix issue)
Windows 11

Downgraded Nvidia Driver to 551.61 and issue still occurs.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1 - Load Photo
  2. Step 2 - Wait for auto upscale to complete
  3. Step 3 - Look around photo for 10-15seconds

I’d like to get some more information to help troubleshoot the problem you are having.

Could you send us your computer’s full system profile?

Also if you can, please try to recreate this crash in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this email.
