Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Run initial scan in Photoshop plug-in
  2. Adjust sliders after initial scan to make changes
  3. Start again because the bloody thing crashes!

I would like to see if updating your GPU driver will resolve the problem.

Please use the following link to update your driver: NVIDIA | Driver Update

After the update, let me know if you are still experiencing the problem.

Thanks John, I have updated to the latest driver but it is exactly the same. Provided I make adjustments BEFORE apreview completes running, I can use the sliders. However, if I wait to see what the preview looks like, then try to adjust any of the sliders, the plug-in crashes - every time. It has always been stable until now - and everything else works perfectly. Very frustrating, as TopazAI had become part of my regular workflow.

Please try to recreate this crash in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this email.
