Photo AI 2.2.2 hangs when attempting to save files

Unable to save files (raw files from Nikon Z6ii and Z8, jpegs from latest iphone and pixel phones). I would upload the DirectX diagnostics file and topaz photo ai logs as requested if there were a way to do so…

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1 - open file
  2. Step 2 - edit file
  3. Step 3 - attempt to save edited file
