Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Photo AI 2.0 invoked from Capture One 23 via plugin
  2. Autopilot active
  3. Change sharpening area from subject to entire image

Visual artifacts introduced.

Thank you very much for following up. I’ve uploaded the files:

Original.tif

PhotoAI Parameters – autopilot; all settings at default except sharpening area changed to entire image

PhotoAI Issue – sharpening artefact highlighted

From a workflow perspective, I’m invoking PhotoAI from Photoshop, but there is no difference when using it as standalone application. Expected as it is image content-related.

I also managed to reproduce the issue with the just released 2.0.1 version. My main platform is MacOS Ventura (M1), but the issue is reproducible on Windows 11 (2.0.1) too.
