When first starting up the program, it behaves normally until I manually choose to Enhance an image that is 1x, or smaller than the original size. This triggers the “failed to load enhance model” error, which then persists for any subsequent image, even if they are set to be upscaled.

You can gather your log files from the app by first recreating this behavior within the app, and then going to Help > Open Log Folder. Upload all of these log files to this thread and we can review them.
