Pausing a process shouldn't start another video :(

Why does Topaz start processing a new video in the queue when I have paused the current video being processed?

So, I’ve been using Process Lasso to pause videos in the queue when I want to use my PC processing power for something else. So, initially, I was happy to see that I didn’t need to do this anymore. But as it turns out, yes I still need to use Process Lasso and NOT the inbuilt pause feature.

So, even though Topaz has the ability to pause videos, I STILL CAN’T USE THIS ABILITY because it WON’T PAUSE the processing, just the video that I was in the middle of processing.

Topaz: Great ideas, poorly implemented. :frowning:

The pause feature is on a video by video basis at this time, it is not designed to pause the entire app and queue. If you have multiple videos in the queue then it will move on to the next video and start that one up, this is not a bug in the app.

Having a general pause feature could be something that can be suggested over on the Ideas page for the devs to consider though.

To me the pause idea with auto resume the next one is good.

The problem mainly comes from the fact, we can’t reorganise the queue.
If so, the systme would be perfect.
