Using a Macbook Proc 16" (2019)
Steps to reproduce issue:
Use “Edit IN” from LrC to launch Photo AI for specific image
Use Denoise option
Export back to LrC as TIF
You can usually see the artifact while still in Photo Ai, BEFORE returning to LrC
This has occurred in about 20% of the images I’ve processed in the last 2 days. Artifact is a square grid or matrix pattern with objects that almost look like they came from my desktop except very small.
Would you mind sending in some more information to get a better understanding of the problem you are having with this particular type of image? Please send the following information:

A screenshot or description of the settings panel so I can see what adjustments were turned on.
