Hi, whatever the video input nyx v2 2x presents groups of stripes up and down over all the converted video frames. There is no problem with others models or with nyx v2 1x.

Could you send us an email at help@topazlabs.com with the full log files from the app?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport” file to your reply.
Looks similar to the Iris issues on certain configurations (M1 Max, I think) some weeks ago.
I just hope that fixing those doesn’t have a similarly catastrophic impact on speed 
In 4.0.2 (at least), conversions work well to 1.6X aprox. From this scaling factor to 2x the horizontal artifacts are shown over the video.
It does work correctly here on the M2 Ultra also with 2x scaling.
