:latest Photo AI sees my GPU AMD Radeon 6600, but processing is using GPU.
Preferences are set to use the GPU
restarted Photo AI … no joy
Rebooted computer, still no joy

I’d like to get some more information to help troubleshoot the problem you are having.
Could you send us your computer’s full system profile?
Also, if you can open Topaz Photo AI, go to Help > Open Log Folder, and please send me all the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this thread.

today’s update seems to have kinda worked…
GPU and CPU seem to be running 50/50
BTW i’m doing batch processing 100-200 images at a time
