Unable to render in 4K export files with longer length and limited to 2GB render duration. for 2hour movie its rendering only 5minutes in H264 where as in Prores only 30sec rendreing
Can you pull the logs from the app and send to the support team for review? Help@topazlabs.com
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
In the past situations like this were due to a file size limit on the hard drive where the export was being written out to. The app itself does not have a limit on the export length when writing a video out.
If you share the logs the support team can determine more of what is possibly going on for you as there are a lot of variables that could be at play here.
