Does anybody have the same problem where I tried to set priority of rendering queue and it doesn’t acknowledge it? It only start after I have the new update

Could you send us an email at help@topazlabs.com with the full log files from the app?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport” file to your reply.
I have the same problem. Set priority of the last video in the queue to Very High, but it doesn’t process next at all, and the priority is back to Normal when you check it. FYI I am using Windows 11 and have a queue of 2160p30 videos upscaling with Apollo to 2160p60, and the last video added was a 2160p60 video being upscaled to 2160p120 with Apollo.
