I choose to process a video after several hours and process ended, I play it back and not sound are present, I play the original video and sound is there, is there any setting to enable the sound. I use the version 5.3.4. my previous version sounds were always there. Please advise.
When previewing the video inside the app or in an external player there will not be any sound with it. Only when you export the video will the sound be reattached to the video file.
Are you not hearing the sound after exporting the video back out of Video AI?
I exported, and a mp4 file was created, the sound was not there. I did not use the previous to play the video inside the application because I know it does not produce sound. Like I said I use the application to render new videos, after a couple not being using and render a new video sound was not in the finish product. The last resource is the uninstall the application and installed back again, please advise during the uninstall if there a residual file to be deleted manually, so it can not conflict with the new ones. Provide instructions to do a better uninstall process.

Additional information, when I played the new video processed video for a short time appears a CODEC Issue, and then disappears, still no sound. I inspect my CODEC settings and is H264, I used NVIDIA.

Was there a solve found for lack of audio in export file? I have seen a great many posts with the exact same issue but no resolution. I just purchased Topaz Video and loaded today. Had sound in imported file and none on exported file. Have adjusted and reran with every conceivable setting in Topaz just as many others have done. What is the fix! So far not terribly impressed with the product as it appears many have reported the issue and Topaz has provided no solutions.
