I am just returning from a month long photo trip to Africa. After about 2-3 weeks of living in the bush with no Internet connectivity, I went to start editing my photos. However, I was not able to do so as Photo AI would not allow me to save images as I had no Internet connectivity. This is unacceptable for software that I have purchased. Many of us go on long expeditions with no connection to the Internet. This need to be rectified.

First, what version of Topaz Photo AI are you using? Are you using the latest, as that should not have this issue. If you are not using v3.0.4 please update and let me know if the behavior is still the same.
Are you using a registry cleaner? That can delete the authentication so that the application is logged out. Please avoid using a registry cleaner in that case.
Finally, send me a log file and I can create an authentication file you can use offline.
Open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar at the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option.

I am using 3.0.4 now. Prior to leaving for trip, I was running 3.0.2. I do not use a registry cleaner. I am sending my latest log file.
