I hadn’t used Video AI in a few days and suddenly any video that is imported for conversion is missing the audio.
I double checked to make sure that audio was heard in the original file with multiple programs, (VLC and iMovie).
The software has been shutdown and Mac rebooted but no change. Any suggestions?
There will not be any audio within the app itself. Audio will also not be heard when opening the preview in an external player at this time.
The exported file will have audio.
