New Update - Proteus Not Working

  1. Unable to process using Proteus preset. Even tried without, will not render preview or export. Tried other AI models, and seems fine but didn’t have issues prior to update.

Looks like there is a missing backend file. Please proceed to a clean install which should resolve this issue:

If you have any custom presets saved, you will want to copy them over to a different folder (e.g. desktop) as they will get deleted when you uninstall.

Applications > Topaz Video AI > right click and Show package contents > Contents > Resources > Presets

  1. Uninstall Topaz Video AI by dragging and dropping the app into the trash bin
  2. Delete the plist files & empty the trash bin

  3. Reboot your Mac
  4. Reinstall
