14 hrs to process a 2 min video

I dont know what you expect from a very low spec 4 core laptop with no gpu.

That laptop is working on CPU only with XE graphics and only 16gb of memory which is simply not enough.

Thanks for sharing the logs, running without a GPU that has at least 4GB of VRAM for that version of Video AI is not recommended. Without the recommend VRAM the app will not run efficiently and will experience errors and long processing times.
