After installing Photo AI, Win10 PC, it won’t activate. All other Topaz items work fine. How to do this?[Please describe your issue here. Try to include logs (Help → Logging) and add screenshots if necessary.]
Steps to reproduce issue:
Topaz Photo AI [v1.x.x] on [Windows/Mac]
Extra note: Fully installed; when loading image will do everything, Sharpening and Denoise, but at the bottom, where it says to ACTIVATE on browser, this works, but nothing happens on Photo AI to SAVE file. Cannot get it into permanent mode, did buy it so should have activation code.
Have you recently been able to log into your Topaz Labs account in a web browser?
If so then Topaz Photo AI should also connect to your account. If it does not please make sure you do not have any VPN, proxy servers or anti-virus software running that can cause connection issues for the apps to reach our servers.
You can also clear your cookies and cache in the web browser you use and then log back in before clicking the activate option in the app.
Please let me know if you are still experiencing any conflicts after you try the above steps.
I use Topaz all the time, all the other ones work fine. I purchased this & wonder if I missed an update. One pix shows I own it. However, when I am in program, I can’t get past the Activate screen which says I don’t own it. Your SW isn’t working as it should. How to get past this screen & get into saving as usual? I could do everything but get into the formal part of the program, only see Trial at top. How to fix this?
