Still having issues with N.T.S.C. 29.97fps. Conversion output.
Panning left to right very juttery still.
The jitter motion tool smooths it, but every frame cut is blurred.
I have no problems with 23 and 25fps.
Will someone just try a 29.97fps bit of footage with losts left right,
up, down panning.
To clarify when exporting in 29.97 fps you are still seeing judder when a video is panning but not seeing the issues when set to 23 or 25fps?
What is the original frame rate of the video you are using and converting?

Hi.The original frame rate is 29.97. I’m not trying
to convert the frame rate just improve the footage.
on google drive you can set permissions to everyone who has the link, then people can download it without login access requests. Or you can zip video file and upload it here, this works for small filesizes. uloading small sample of original source can be helpful
