I had issues with upgrading v3.5.2, so I did a repair reinstall and that fixed it. But after rendering one project, the green “export as” button at the bottom of the control pane disappeared! I discovered I can export via the menu, but I thought it odd that the button would disappear.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport” file to your reply.
